RabestCharacter type: Trader Appearance: Rabest always starts a Gather looking tidy, and ends it looking less than tidy. Neat brown hair quickly becomes blown and ruffled by the wind. Clean hands and face become stained by dark polish. Clean clothes become likewise stained, grubby with kneeling down, and sweaty with Southern heat. To Rabest these are all signs he's been working hard rather than things to be ashamed of. Personality: To people's faces Rabest is as nice as pie - espiecially if he wants them to have their shoes shined, or if he's scared of them. It's bad for business to insult people after all, and kids who stand up to bullies only tend to attract bruises. History: Like most Trader brats, Rabest grew up playing under the stalls, and learning Trader tricks at his Da's knee. He's been travelling around the South since he was too young to remember, and can plan out travel routes better than most Holder adults.
