Meet the BoD

Meet the Board of Directors

If you are unsure about anything all you need to do is ask the BoD. We try and help and we don't mind being prodded if we seem to be taking too long.

Vicky - the HalfDead One - So called because she and her characters spend so much time halfdead from trying to solve everyone elses problems! Also referred to as The Vicky which means that everyone asks her questions and expects her to know the answers immediately. Mediator, Arbitrator and dispenser of meaningless soothing phrases. Weirder than Laura.

Laura the Small Fuzzy - Laura is probably the reason you are at Arolos. Her devotion to Marketing will surely have her earning millions some day either that or she will have pressed the Big Red Button that breaks the world. We're not actually sure which is the most dangerous thing, but we all know to keep Dr Pepper away from her if we value our sanity. Holder of the Arolos Soul Bottle (for which Vicky Apologises)

Lauren - Empress of the World- Self styled title which is defended vigorously with her infamous shiny knives (don't ask!) Strangely enough often the Support Department for the BoD despite her dangerous behaviour.

Kat The Cranky Webbie - It's true, cross her at your peril. Write a webpage in Word and prepare yourself for a long and painful death. Has the amazing ability to bring most conversations down into the gutter in ways most mere mortals would not consider.

Mel the Organiser. Apparently takes great delight in taking the random ideas and Hatchings and Making it Happen. Without her, lots of things would be horribly late or would never happen!

Kevin - BoD Boytoy. Kevin Officially belongs to the entire BoD to torment as they see fit. (Don't feel sorry for him, he loves it. Honest. 'No ...god no stop..' does mean 'Yes I'm loving it' doesn't it?) Quite possibly the first Boardie ever ambushed into the position. Dispenser of Arolos Water to the Needy and random amusing facts to the interested.

Mya - The quietest BoD of us all. Mya's thoughts are invaluable, always ready to give good advice or an opinion and not to mention eager to jump into any plot be it small or an Evil Plot of Doom. Nabbing her for the Good Guys was absolutely imperative! Bwahaha!

And lets not forget..

Matt the Technical Advisor and Hoster of the Arolos Server. All hail Matt! You may not be a Pern fan but you do fantastic computer-y things!

And currently missing in Action (on LOA)

Lynn- Wearer of the Evil Plotters Trainee Hat - some say she stole it from Shirl when Shirl upgraded, we appreciate that sort of devious initiative (rubs hands together). Gifted with many skills, she is also an egg and draggie artist. We give her caffeine and she gives us genius.
