FanserCharacter type: Harper Appearance: Fanser was never a truly small child, and he spent his childhood growing in a way that made his foster-parents despair over out-grown garments. While he's not fat, he's certainly not slight-figured. A few have been heard to remark that his strong arms and broad shoulders are wasted poring over books as a Harper, when he could be a rider or Holder and put them to good use, but Fanser generally shrugs them off. Personality: Fanser is the oldest of the children Bhaer and Mariat have fostered, and he takes that responsibility seriously. He adores his foster-parents, and used to look after the little ones when they were busy. History: Fanser is actually the son of Bhaer's brother - a blue dragonrider who is still living happily at Igen. Bhaer and Mariat were young newly-weds when they first came to visit, and the little blonde five turn old in the Creche revealed an unexpected motherly streak in Mariat. They fostered the child, taking him out of the Creche to live with them, and as time has passed he has become a big brother to every other child they took in.
