HoriName Pronounced: hoar-EE Appearance: Hori is tall and broad in a way that calls to mind a blacksmith or a guard. As he was in fact a guard in his prime, he has scars and marks all over his olive skin as a result. His hair has turned a light gray from the top of his head all the way down his well-trimmed beard, which he trims to points on his jaws and at the bottom where it lightly rests on his chest. His eyes are a pale brown that geam in the warm light of a fire or on a rare Northern sunny day. Hori likes to wear loose clothes that flow instead of something more fitting. Personality: Calm and collected, Hori is very slow to anger. He's got incredible patience that has weathered many storms until it takes near to murder to rouse him. Or an insult to his tea which he cultivates himself. Hori is very possessive of his tea patch and brewing method with good reason- he brews a brew for any occasion be it to warm from the cold, hold a trader meeting, post-sex tea, for the ill, or almost any reason. He always serves it with a smile and a bow before going back to his brewing pots. History: Hori was born and raised in High Reaches on the second day of the first month. His family were guards and very serious about it to the point that it was expected that Hori joined. He enlisted when he came of age and performed spectacularly, earning merits and meeting expectations. The highlight of his career was catching a thief who had been regularly stealing from the stores and bringing him to justice. Hori had already been retired by the time Zivath's egg was stolen, but when what happened came to light, he was deeply embarrased and ashamed by the ordeal.
