TedlinCharacter type: Other Appearance: There's no question about where Larclin and Lonarde get their brown skin from, for Tedlin is painted a shade just as dark as his son and grandson. His dark hair has started to silver with age though, and thinning a little on top. Old age has had another effect too, for now he's always been a rather heavily built man. While he was working the cothold, that was all muscle, but now he's a litt;le old to work so much it's started to turn to fat. Personality: At heart, Tedlin is a hopeless meddlar. If he sees something wrong, he simply *cannot* resist interfering in the situation and trying to fix it.He often jokes that the advantage of being over sixty now is that he can say what he likes in such situations - if people agree they'll assume the years made him wise, if they don't they'll just dismiss the comments as being made by someone too old to know better. History: Forty one Turns of happy marraige and partnership, raising four healthy happy sons ended suddenly for Tedlin when his wife died in the famine. It wasn';t a loud of violent death, she simply got ill, and without the food to help her body cure itself there was nothing that could be done. He simply had to watch as she slipped away from him.
