RogarCharacter type: Candidate Appearance: Think of the dashing hero from a story. Get a real clar picture of him.... and then think of what he'd look like if he *actualy* did everything it's said he did. And that's Rogar. He's tall, topping out at just over six foot, he's got broad shoulders, slim hips... he's also got muscles like tree roots, rock hard, gnarly and not at all those of a body builder. Rogar has muscles because he's *worked*. They're the muscles of a sowrdfighter, pure and simple. He's also got a lot of calluses on those big hands of his, and he's missing the last two fingers on his left hand. He's got a thick shock of brown hair that he keeps tied at the nape of his neck, and chocolate brown eyes that tend to look calculating more than melting. His rather sqaure jaw isn't softened any by the stubble he cultivates, which makes the scar on the underside of his chin stand out more. He's got other scars too. Quite a lot of them for a lad his age infact. Small ones that look like arrow wounds in his thigh, a nice slash that goes across his ribs and many a small white line across his upper arms. Personality: On another world, in another time, or possibly just in a harpers tale Rogar would have been a soldier and an adventurer. Facing hordes of enemies single handedly, rescuing whole townsips and amassing vast amounts of treasure, which he;d use for the good of the people. History: Rogar's father was a guard. Hs grandfather was a guard, and his father before him... there really was no question of what he was going to be when he grew up. The family are of old Northern stock, his father being the first to leave Fort Hold for the South. His mother was a quiet woman, weaver by trade, and was always quite happy to stay in the background and let the 'menfolk' teach the children. Rogar had three brothers - all younger - and though none were of Apprenticeing age when the family moved south all would sooner or later become guards. Rogar is a candidate. His colour preference is Bronze, brown Read: Yes All references to worlds and characters based on Anne McCaffrey's fiction are copyright© Anne McCaffrey 1967,2005, all rights reserved, and used by permission of the author.
