Character type: Dragonrider
Appearance: Rinyre isn’t a stunning woman, but she does have a peaceful demeanor about her. When she was a child “hardy” described her well since she was hardly ever sick and could play rough with the boys. As an adult, she’s slim downed a bit and is much more graceful and womanly. She has a long torso and strong limbs. Rinyre’s face is heart shaped with flattering cheekbones. Her eyes are probably her prettiest feature. They’re color is a rather ordinary green, but the shape and size of her eyes brighten her face. They’re large and very expressive. Her mouth is wide for her face and she constantly bites her bottom lip when she’s nervous. Rinyre’s hair is dark brown and has a slight curl. She keeps it long but rarely lets it down.
Personality: Rinyre is a very confident woman when it comes to what she wants to do, and how she feels. She knows she has skills with children. No, she can’t befriend *every* child that crosses her path, just like a Healer can’t cure every patient, but she is good with most of them. Although she is comforting to children, she can seem a bit blunt. Her self confidence allows her to feel absolutely no embarrassment when she plays childish games, or laughs at silly jokes. Rinyre never shrugs away from hard, often gritty, work when it comes to her duties.
History: Rinyre was born to a dragonriding couple at Ista Weyr. Although both of her parents loved her, she had to spend the majority of her growing turns in the crèche. She was closest to her father, N’ren and one of her earliest memories involved throwing a tantrum when he tried to tell her she couldn’t have a bronze like him. Much of her boyish demeanor stemmed from her love for her father, and she was furious that she wouldn’t be able to grow up just like him. Eventually, Rinyre matured enough to dream she would impress a more acceptable dragon color and follow her parents by becoming a rider.
Information about Rinyre's dragon
Dragon Name: Piksyth
Age: 5 months
Wing (Weyrling Group): Wind-dance Fury
Appearance: Holders' Colors Egg: Surely the Holder's Colors Egg is a joke? Some holder must have slipped in and found a way to paint one of the eggs, or perhaps added one of his own eggs to the clutch. With the two intersecting white stripes on a dark blueish-grey background, the egg looks less like an egg than the sign of a hold's colors. Of course if it is a trick the Hatching day will reveal it.
Personality: But don't be fooled by appearances. You aren't looking at a delicate, helpless flower. Piksyth is a small manipulator in disguise. If she wants something, why, then she'll try her hardest to get it. She'll happily trick you into giving her it, as well. She's just tricksy through and through, and if she doesn't like you, she can be cruel about it. She'd think nothing of sending a hapless innocent to their embarrassment if she felt so inclined. She might just convince a more gullible classmate that if they eat the nicer piece of meat *they* have they'll turn into a fish, but if they eat the poor piece of meat *she* has they'll grow an extra set of wings and be the Best. Flyer. Ever. Of course she's immune to the effects of meat that turns others into fish.
