PalanaCharacter type: Harper Appearance: Prepass.-23.4.23 Personality: haracter_personality: This woman's personality is very laid back and non-instrusive. She's warm and open, expecting others to be likewise, but knows better by this stage in her life that people are seldom what you expect. She's not overly bubbly, but rather has a subdued sense of humor. A very dry humor that she developed young that followed her throughout her turns. She can crack a joke that will have others holding their stomachs in laughter while she sits there with nothing more than a small grin on her face. Humor though is not the biggest part of her life, she is very introspective and often loses herself in music, particularily the flute and handpipes. She loves their haunting quality and she'll compose a tune that will leave you weeping with nary a word spoken. The notes she blends so superbly together into a magical, emotional experience have given her all she needs or all she's needed up until now. Now she needs something more in her ife and she's not sure what it is. The beginnings of a mid-life crisis? Perhaps, all she knows is things that were once fulfilling to her have now lost their edge. History: haracter_history: Palana was born in a tiny cothold on the outskirts of Half-circle Sea Hold. Her mother was a very young girl, only thirteen turns old who died giving birth to her so her parents, an older couple even at the time of her birth, raised her. Having worked hard all their lives her grandparents were living off their land and the sea, without having to owe the Lord Holder for their livelihood. They'd done enough to pay it off and then some. This allowed for a very laid back environment to grow up in. There was plenty of time for laughter and the good things in life. Palana inherited her Grandfather's dry sense of humor while retaining her grandmother's need for music.
