NavidyaName Pronounced: Nah-vid-ee-ya Appearance: Navidya is 5’5”, stocky and lightly muscled. She has neck long blond hair and brown eyes. She has high cheekbones and almond shaped eyes. She wears short sleeve navy blue tunic and black trousers with 1 inch silver trim down both side of each pant leg. For shoes, soft leather brown boots with avian feathers on top. She has confident stride with an authoritative hard look about her like she was been through hell and lived to tell the story. Personality: She is headstrong, knowing she can accomplish any ask that a man can. She is confident in doing so in each job given to her. She is intelligent and inventive. She mostly keeps to herself, not nosing around in anyone business. She is loyal to those who she sees friends. She has something to prove and in a man's world, which can be a lot. She is stubborn and determined with an excellent work ethic. Navi puts up great front, but it can be broken with great patience, love and understanding. She has a way with playing tricks. She hides her true self deeply so that it is more difficult to get to. No one can bring her down without a fight. She is very mature for 13, and very refined. She does certain tasks differently than other people and gets it done a bit faster than most. Most people think the way she does things is the wrong way. In her eyes, it is right but she is flexible in her learning abilities. She will tend to those tasks another way as something different. History: Navidya was born in Fort Hold. Her father was a Bronzerider from Fort Weyr. Her father had some time off, as limited it as it was. He always liked to be close to the Weyr, in case something happened so we went to Fort Hold, met her mother in the marketplace, a Weaver and fell in love. Nav was the offspring of their love. When she was 8, she had an interest in dragons. She mentioned it to her father she wanted to become a dragonrider, just like him. Her mother overheard and dismissed it as a child's fantasy, a dream that would never be achievable. Her mother said to her, "Know your place, dear, being dragonrider is a man's job and no place for a girl." Navidya is a candidate.
