Character type: Dragonrider
Appearance: At first glance, you *know* that Maysa isn't going to be one of those people that adapts to the heat of the South within days. It's going to be months and painful ones spent in the Infirmary at that. Give Maysa a blizzard and she'll sit it through with a hot mug of klah. Put her in the sun and her pale skin seems to have a ridiculously short burn time as she goes from pale to a blazing, painful red.
Personality: Considering her deceptively frail appearence, one nearly almost automatically assumes that Maysa will have an equally frail personality to match.
History: The slightly unexpected result of a Goldflight between a Greenrider and the Healer who was unlucky enough to be in the vicinity and was subsequently pounce by the woman, Maysa's been in a Weyr from day one. She can't possibly imagine having grown up anywhere else and she's more than convinced that nowhere would have been as half as exciting. After all, where else has dragons and flights and riders and all that other stuff? Granted that High Reaches did seem to have it's moments - like some of these 'interesting' ideas about certain 'rights' that were automatically granted to rankers... but it was, for a child at least, a fun place to be - filled with 'adventure'.
Information about Maysa's dragon
Dragon Name: Mildrith
Wing (Weyrling Group): Flamespires
Appearance: From day one Mildrith has been an... average sort of green, a fact that really she's rather proud of when there's all those exceptionally small or huge greens out there. Neither too small or too big, Mildrith sits right in the middle and can be a little smug about the fact that she's technically 'right to scale' in both length and proportion a fact she unfortunately knows all too well.
Personality: Mildrith has her moments and it's in those moments she could easily be considered mean when she tells another green that they have an ugly colour or a blue that he's stupid seemingly out of nothing more than spite. But beneath those moments of lashing out is a very insecure green who is constantly checking with her rider and other dragons that she's doing things 'just right'.
Weyr of Origin: High Reaches
Abilites and weaknesses: Higher agility in comparison to other colours and possibly excessively bigger greens but reduced stamina and endurance as a consequence of being smaller
