LiinaName Pronounced: Lee-na Appearance: Liina is a big-boned girl standing at 5 feet 8 inches, with light cocoa brown skin, brown eyes, and black hair which is a bit coarse and slightly kinked. When Ista Weyr candidate Liina transferred from Ista to Arolos, she was normally described as a plain, too thin, big boned, tallish, often scarecrow looking, in serious need of a makeover, sturdy, weatherbeaten farmer's daughter. Liina's lack of body fat from a fast metabolism gives her face a chiselled harsh look. Personality: Liina was her parents pride and joy, but Liina grew up with the insecurities of a child who listens to much to peer opinions. Liina was always aware that she wasn't as pretty or witty as a lot of girls she knew. Other children were sure to remind her of what she saw in the mirror. As she grew older, her childhood hopes of a miracle complete body change into a beautiful woman fell apart with each turn. History: Family Group: (Holder family from Fellin Hold, Ista protectorate) Information about Liina's pets Pet Name: Ruckus Pet Type: bronze wild firelizard Appearance: Ruckus is smallish in size, but a solid little bronze firelizard. The darkest bronze color you can find except for his face and muzzle which are just a tiny shade lighter than his dark bronze. There is a natural fading of the color as it blends into the lighter dark bronze. His wingflaps start out the dark bronze of his body and gradually fade to match the facial color. Personality: Ruckus is feisty, smart, and believes he is the boss. He believes he is Liina's guide, guardian, and protector. Liina is his pet *period*. Ruckus can be loud at times to get his point across and that is how he got his name. Farenth knows he created enough of them. Liina gets irritated at Ruckus at times, but the flit seems to love her and she loves the flit. Second Pet Name: Blackstone Pet Type: Runner Appearance: Blackstone is a male black runner standing about 15 hands high. Good sturdy, muscular stock with a little shaggyness at the fetlocks above his hooves. He is a gelding so you will see a calmer horse. Liina received him as payment for some smithing work she did for a local. Personality: Blackstone has an almost comical personality and was trained by someone before Liina. He is a gentle soul and it isn't all because he is a gelding. He seems to be as happy with Liina and Ruckus as they are with him. He has learned that he is not on a dragon dinner menu so he has relaxed being so close to dragons. Information about Liina's dragon Dragon Name: Yllsath Colour: green Age: >2 turns Wing (Weyrling Group): Firedance Appearance: Yllsath is an odd green, long and lanky yet agile and very aware of how to move her thin limbs to her best advantage. In many ways she is a very pretty green, yet her hide distracts some from her fine lines. She is not one solid color of green, but seemingly every shade that can be imagined in a patch worked pattern over her entire hide. Why even her headknobs are of two completely different shades of green. Personality: Yllsath is a seemingly demure green, sweet natured and eager to please. However, do not let this honestly sweet green fool you, there is a devious mind at work behind that facade. Cunning intelligence works away at how best to get around those in positions of authority, when they stand between her and that which she wants. Gentle by nature, yet manipulative, she will never intentionally hurt others and will honestly feel remorse if one of her schemes hurts someone and yet it will not stop her from doing something a second time if the end results is she gets what she wants. Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: Good speed and manueverability and good in threadfall. Manipulative and willing to do things she shouldn't and not see the problem with what she has done.
