DunlearrName Pronounced: done-leer Appearance: His time spent chopping wood for his fellow woodcrafters has made him muscular with broad shoulders. Because of his work his hands are well-callused showing signs that he works hard at what he does. There are even muscles beneath the bronzed skin upon his arms and legs. Dunlearr won't have minor pain when injured. Injuries will affect his muscles in someway and this makes his pain more extreme than normal. Personality: Those who don't realize just how much his muscles affect things would either think him a wimp or coward. He shys from any dangerous work beyond chopping lumber or his forestry specialty. He doesn't like pain so what else he does in his craft isn't all that dangerous. If anyone else challenged him he'd be quick to inform them just where he stands on such matters with a good dose of sarcasm thrown in. It should be common sense that you shouldn't impress others by doing foolish things. Dunlearr knows better than to put himself at risk unless over some emergency. He does however frown over female opinions. History: Dunlearr was born at High Reach Weyr, their views of females stuck with him throughout life. As females were the weaker gender, or so he was taught by his surroundings, he believed they shouldn't have leadership positions. The weyrwoman may handle the pressure but he could never believe any other females could. Since his mother was raising him she had some control over his childhood which was a fact he came to regret. He idolized the male gender when he wasn't sulk beside some rock. It was nature he preferred even then more than companionship from others his age.
