Appearance: Daryonus is a fair-statured youth, standing at 5'8" at the age of 16. A bit wiry but by no means spindly, his muscles have been subtly hardened and his formerly light complexion slightly fire-darkened due to smithwork. His eyes are a half-dulled gray-blue, and his hair like lightly toasted straw. He has one distinguishing feature, though it would seldom be seen in detail unless he were sans tunic: a burn scar stretches for about 8 inches from near his right collarbone, over his shoulder, and down his back almost to the shoulder blade.

Personality: Daryonus is what one might call a "dreamer". His demeanor is agreeable, calm, and polite, but can also at times be considered scatterbrained, unsympathetic, and naïve. He is deeply in-tune with nature and himself, but not so much in-tune with other people, and this lack of connection can sometimes cause frustration among his peers. However, due to his high level of self-confidence and lack of related inflated ego, he has a subtle charismatic aura about him that makes it hard to actively dislike him. During childhood, he could more often than not be found off in a field looking up at the clouds or the stars, wondering why they are up in the sky, and longing to go up and have a closer look. His deepest wish has always been to go out and explore the intricacies of the sky and the vast world, up close and in-person.

History: When he was young, Daryonus always had a tendency to lose his train of thought and drift off into daydreaming during harpers' lessons, thus scraping by with minimal but passable reading and writing skills. This mattered little to him, though, as his dream was to experience the world, not to write a book about it. It mattered to his parents, however, and he was soon sent to apprentice at a smithy in hopes of improving his power of concentration. This worked better than expected; pounding out the metal produced sparks, which fascinated the boy, causing him to want to continue learning and hone the process further. However, his dreams would always remain beyond the forge, in the vast reaches of the sky...

Appearance:

Personality: Inonth is a dark green -- dark enough to laze comfortably in shadows without being obvious when she's small. That will be harder as an adult, mostly because it will become hard to find shadows big enough -- but she'll try.

She *will* try, because Inonth loves small dark spaces. As a Hatchling she'll try to hide under beds, in cupboards, and if she ever finds a box or crate big enough to fit her in it will be her new favourite toy. She loves hiding in them, loves being "invisible" and loves jumping out of them at anyone who happens to be innocently passing. She will guard such spaces fiercely -- not even her lifemate is allowed in them!

As she grows bigger, she'll need bigger spaces -- wagons, and then perhaps caves. When they move to a weyr, she'll want a small dark one, preferably on ground level -- all the better to jump out at people!

She's hatched tubby, but she's a hungry little green, and not a particularly active one. That tubbiness could very quickly turn to fat, not muscle -- and that might be all the harder to deal with because her lifemate will have to get across to her that fat is *bad*. Inonth likes her fat. It's like a friend all on its own.
