CishleCharacter type: Staff Appearance: A staffer doesn't need to keep in-shape as a rider or Candidate does, so it doesn't bother Cishle that his body's started to give way to middle-age. It's not like he's as desperate as some of those rider folk - making fools of themselves by chasing young things here, there and everywhere. Afterall, he's married, and Eltee likes him just the way he is - don't you, pet? It doesn't matter then, if he has a bit of a belly, or if his dark hair's thinning a bit of top, or if there's hair growing out of his nostrils. Afterall, most've those pretty people'd be sure to tell you it's what's inside that counts. Personality: How many Arolosians does it take to change a glow? Three. One to do the job, and two to have sex while supervising History: Even a drudge can bob about Pern a bit in his lifetime. Cishle started his life working at a Hold, and met his wife when she came to visit relatives. A short courtship later, he moved to Fort Weyr to be with her, then four years ago they shifted again - this time to Arolos Weyr which was just opening, providing opportunity for a man prepared to work hard with a mop. This then is why he feels he has the right to tell jokes about EVERYONE - they all make the same amount of muck as anyone who had to clean it up would tell you. Admittedly, he had to tell them rather more quietly at Fort, but still... How many Forters does it take to change a glow anyway? Six, a goldrider has to order a bronzerider, who orders a brownrider, who orders a bluerider, who orders a greenrider until a drudge gets sick of standing in the dark and actually *does* the job.
