T'rinCharacter type: Dragonrider Appearance: The man is of average height, no taller than 5'8", and not at all shabby to look at. Brown hair is trimmed neatly at his ears (as it should be, he might tell you), with deep hazel eyes and a square shaped face. His skin is deeply tanned from a life on island Ista, and now has become even more so in his several sevenday in Arolos. He is a somewhat burly fellow with a square build to, not only his face but the rest of his body, all the pieces well muscled and built to withstand ravaging circumstances. Upon his chin is the slightest of shadows of facial hair, reminescense of a goatee that he wore in a younger day(and that looked QUITE silly on him, might I add). Personality: Despite the burly looks and his age, T'rin is all child inside. He may be into his third decade, but that doesn't stop him. He's a troublemaker by nature, and, due to his years, he's developed countless clever tactics for getting himself out of the messes he creates, rarely staying in trouble. Despite this, he's had more than a few encounters with the Weyrleaders that dubbed him the troublemaker he is. In other words, if there's a plot to be in on, he's in on it. However, he'd never do something to get anyone else seriously in trouble or danger. And despite his troublemaking nature, his relationship with his dragon Tarnith is very serious and tends to keep him slightly more down to earth than without. History: Therin was an average Weyrbred lad, son of a Lower Caverns worker and a bronze rider at Island Ista Weyr. And, being the average lad, he held all those traits. Obstinate (which he holds to this day), clever, and, of course, a troublemaker. More than once he walked into something he shouldn't have walked in on, and more than once he had a bad meeting with the Candidatemaster, Headwoman, and Weyrleaders. This taught him quickly to watch out when he played his pranks and the like. Information about T'rin's dragon Dragon Name: Tarnith Colour: Brown Age: 18 Wing (Weyrling Group): None Appearance: Tarnith is the average brown, though large for the type and a shade or two darker than most. A few dark splotches colour his hide around his chest and legs, and the tip of his muzzle holds a bit of grey, as if with age. However, it is of course, not age that colours him, nor malhealth, for he is a fairly young, and very strong beast. Personality: He is the perfect counterpart for his rider--ready to join in on the plotting and helpful in getting out of some of the messes. He will also easily hold his own against prodding from other dragons, being very condescending at times even, to all except the highest ranked golds. Oh sure, he takes orders alright, and is inpecably obedient... He just doesn't like to give away his secrets unless they're something that more than himself and his rider need to know. But he, unlike his rider, can be almost serious at times, which does help. Weyr of Origin: Ista Abilites and weaknesses: As stated, Tarnith is young and strong, however, large, and not as moveable or agile as the stronger dragons. He is best fit with the bronzes, in this, for not only this but he controls his Flame well and sustains a good one.
