T'odName Pronounced: Tod Appearance: T'od is six feet tall and finally reached his full growth at 20, followed rapidly by filling out muscle-wise. He has hazel eyes and dark brown tousled spiky hair, with slightly bushy eyebrows and a ready smile. Tending towards light colours when not working, he’s usually presentable in appearance although there’s always a very small amount of stubble visible along his jawline. He’s fairly tanned from drills and flying Fall. When he’s not smiling you’d be surprised at the brooding expression on his face and this gives him an older appearance. One threadscore touches his left cheek in a long straight scar but the real damage was done to his shoulder and back where the tangle landed. Luckily, he feels, he was hit much worse than Awsonth. Personality: Generally mild-mannered and hard-working, T'od likes to be surrounded by people. He’s not someone who’ll push himself to the front, being rather unassuming in demeanour, but he’s capable of taking charge in a situation if it appears that no-one else is going to. Otherwise he’s happy to go along with what everyone else is doing… unless it’s against his principles. He’s a caring man and will vigorously defend animals or children against wrongs caused by others. He’s tolerant of women in general but hasn’t been involved in any serious relationships and is rather reticent when confronted by a female of around his own age. He’d settle down if he met the right girl but, so far, she hasn’t come into his life. History: Somewhere towards the younger end of a mass of siblings and foster sibs, Takoda was born to woodcrafter parents. His father Takon was a journeyman who expected his son to follow in his footsteps as much as possible, encouraging him to learn all about the importance of wood for construction purposes, while his mother Eloda had more refined skills, being gifted in the art of decorative inlays. Takoda wasn’t really keen on either of these aspects though and steadily aimed towards the making of furniture from when he first apprenticed to the craft at the age of 12. Information about T'od's dragon Dragon Name: Awsonth Colour: Bronze Age: 13 turns Wing (Weyrling Group): WeyrlingMasters Appearance: From an eggshell covered in hundreds of eyes will emerge a bronze hatchling, surprising many. Some may even have expected a deformed hatchling covered in those same unnerving eyes to appear and the relief will be great when this rather large hatchling with the normal two eyes breaks free. Personality: Awsonth really is a remarkable bronze, because not only does he look wise, he *is* wise. He has this way about him that makes him very contemplative and mingle that with intuitiveness and you have a formidable dragon. Awsonth isn't a bully but he can hold his own in an argument, usually using more logic and foresight than by raising his voice and whipping about. He's a dragon that likes to watch others and he'll sit and contemplate his lifemate for ever if he's allowed. He's going to get right to the heart of matters inside his lifemate's head and any little worries that man has Awsonth will do his best to lay to rest. Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: While on the large side, Awsonth does have a slight problem. His back legs are weak. This won't interfere too much, but he'll always have to work extra hard to build and keep muscle on them.
