RheaName Pronounced: Ree-ah Appearance: There's something very intriguing about Rhea's looks. She's a roundfaced girl with messy black hair and soft hazel-green eyes. Nothing exceptional. But she is tall and firm, with ample curves and a small chest. She radiates a subtle sexuality that can catch people off guard -- She really isn't "beautiful", but she's definitely exotic looking. Her skin is a dark olive color and flecked with various freckles and birthmarks. Though she has no acne to note, there are a few tiny little pockmarks on her forehead. Her lips are plump and reveal half of her crooked little teeth when she laughs. She has a strong nose, it's angular and protrusive and almost totally flat, but it adds distinction to her appearance. Her eyebrows are quite thick and dark, but luckily they are braided and manage to arch over her heavy lids. In all she's a quaint little thing, but never really "out of league". Personality: Rhea does not settle for anything less than the most out of life. Passion moves her and ambition speaks for her -- she HAS to be right. To subscribe to lies would be suicide, and to settle for a complacent happiness would go against the core of her ideology. Deeply intellectual and very opinionated, she is not the easiest to get along with. Her spirit bubbles with youthful energy and she is painfully impulsive. She seeks friends who support and encourage all her decisions; lovers who don't ask for much but give everything in return; authority that is just and intelligent. Needless to say she's not always satisfied. But thus far she has not lost her fire for the world. She believes she has the ability to change people, and is confident in her potential (though how she ends up using it is yet to be decided). History: Born in Atoll Hold as the daughter of two fishers (Rhotal and Dalea), Rhea's life has thus far flowed smoothly. She was the eldest of two brothers and two sisters -- Rhoda, Dalot, Learh, and Tae -- and niece to many aunts and uncles. She and her family lived in a tidy little cothold next to the water and a stone's throw away from all her extended family. She lived easy and was well educated, despite her parents' profession. Her father, who was the son of a tradesman and thus very worldly, tried to expose her to life outside their hold through yearly travel. He also taught her basic mapmaking and a good amounto of numbers. From an early age Rhea and her siblings were given daily instruction by their mother over various instruments, and she is musically versatile. When Rhea was sixteen a tremendous flood destroyed much of her family's dwelling and possessions. However, now that it is three years later, they've rebuilt most of their land and have practically recovered. Information about Rhea's craft Craft: Fisher Rhea is a candidate. Her colour preference is Gold, Green, Blue Read: Yes All references to worlds and characters based on Anne McCaffrey's fiction are copyright© Anne McCaffrey 1967,2005, all rights reserved, and used by permission of the author.
