RennitzName Pronounced: REHN-etz Appearance: Rennitz stands boldly at 5’8” and 165 lbs. Her vivid red hair falls down to her shoulders in a messy fuss. Eyes as green as Keroonian pastures sit in vulpine-shaped sockets and seem to peer out at the world with a bold dare and a sharp laugh. Slim shoulders give way to long and elegant arms with thin fingers an artist would envy. Her breasts developed early and are sizeable. The only downside to this is her back is starting to cause her problems. At the end of a long day she’ll be seen rubbing her back a little as she walks. Rennitz boasts long and muscular legs and a fit body useful for chasing around the runners and whers that her father bred. After she was kicked by a spooked runner, she acquired a scar on her chest from the beast’s hoof. Personality: Rennitz always was a willful child and that hasn’t really changed much. She’s determined and at times rather bullheaded. She’s not as much of a troublemaker as she was in her childhood but every now and then she’ll push boundaries. Rennitz is bold and will go places that others are often too timid to go and do things they don’t want to do. She isn’t afraid to jump up on a runaway runner’s back and ride it into submission, nor is she afraid to stand up to an unruly wher. Not that her father would ever let her, but she would do it if allowed. Rennitz does have a caring side, though, and shows it often. Making friends is her forte. Rennitz isn’t always the best mediator but she does like to listen to people’s problems and she honestly tries to help. Rennitz doesn’t believe in the phrase, “slow and steady” but rather has a tendency to push herself to the limit. If any one had to name a negative trait of Rennitz's, it would be her tendency to occasionally have a volatile temper. Not quite a drop-of-the hat thing, but she could flare into a rage and end up hating someone for sevendays. Afterwards, she’ll feel like a fool and go to apologize if the other person hasn’t by then. History: Rennitz was born on 8.8.5.15 to two Beastcraft holders near Keroon hold. Her father was a respectable runner breeder who also dabbled in wher breeding. Never having been able to get hold of a gold egg, he made do with a green. Rennitz thus grew up with a healthy love and respect for animals as well as draconics. For her tenth Nameday, Rennitz’s father gave her a mare paint-colored runner whom she named Stratus. She wanted a wher as well but her father said she needed to be at least eighteen Turns for that. Information about Rennitz's pets Pet Name: Stratus Pet Type: Runner Appearance: At five Turns old, Stratus stands at 17 hands tall. Stratus is a female tobiano paint colored runner. Her rump and hooves are larger than most of her breed due to her grandfather being a quarter runner. Her head is brown with a white blaze down the front. Personality: Stratus is a sweet mare and always has been. Rennitz’s father chose her due to her attitude. She’s slow and patient and prefers to walk rather than trot, but will gladly trot instead of gallop or run. Stratus has no problem letting small children ride her even if they kick and yell. She enjoys long walks around the pasture or on a trail. She isn’t afraid of moving water like many horses. Second Pet Name: Aranck Pet Type: Brown Firelizard Appearance: Aranck’s a large built brown without much in the way of markings on his dusty brown hide, except on his chest. On his chest is a much lighter brown marking that looks to be a five pointed star. Other than that, there is nothing remarkable about his looks. Personality: If anyone is ever in need of help Aranck will seem to always be there ready and willing to do so. Well, he might not *act* willing, but he is. In fact, if someone needs help Aranck will be very stubborn about helping them no matter what they need help with or how dangerous it might be. He’s not just stubborn about helping others though, he gets stubborn about just about anything and trying to convince him to do something other than what he wants is a near impossible task. His greatest skill though is his ability to find things, something that his pet, if they are absentminded, will likely greatly appreciate. Third Pet Name: Jevensha Pet Type: Gold Firelizard Appearance: For being of well-bred Callamere stock, Jevensha ranges on the larger size and will be a full 2 feet long when fully grown, the maximum a Callamere can be. Her wings are large and billowy as though she were draped in a glimmering golden cloth and Jevensha does love to sway them about for effect. A darkly colored gold that fades to a much brighter and richer gleam at her shoulders, between her wings, neck, and head, Jevensha is otherwise uniformly colored all over. It is not uncommon to find her with a particular shiny, usually one that’s blue. Personality: A surprisingly mellow, queen, Jevensha is far more willing to watch those around her rush about their daily lives and work themselves up needlessly. While she will still hunt a bug, if it gleams and catches her eye, she will be more inclined to have mercy and let it go. Fish and meat don’t seem to share the same empathy, just tiny and weak things. The way that Jevensha lays about seems to give her the appearance of a lamenting wife or lover. She finds it easy to work with other queens and some bronzes, though lesser colors are easily ordered about like the servants and peons they are. If one tries to disobey or doesn't perform to standard, the placid queen will suddenly shriek with rage and try to attack the other. Information about Rennitz's dragon Dragon Name: Basilith Colour: blue Age: 0 Wing (Weyrling Group): Night Glory Appearance: Basilith is hatched as a long, sinuous dragon with short stubby legs and wings that gives him more of an impression of a tunnelsnake than a dragon. Despite his smaller wings, he'll be agile in the air and will be an asset to a lower wing. He is an almost uniformly light blue dragon but has darker markings like a crown on his head. He'll also have longer fangs than usual, long enough that the tips can be seen even when he closes his mouth. When he opens his mouth, his fangs glisten and stand out and more than a few people will be afraid that he'll bite them. Personality: Unfortunately Basilith doesn't do much to dissuade this notion as he inherited his mother's temper. Easy to anger, he spends a lot of time glaring and complaining about what's going on about him and snapping his teeth. His food isn't the right size. The heat is too hot and somehow that's his rider's fault. The Weyrling next to him is looking at him funny. That feline is sitting in his favorite sunning spot. He'll have a litany of ridiculous complaints and will make sure that those around him know about it until they just want to run away.
