R'tonName Pronounced: er-ton Appearance: R'ton has a slighter than average build, and stands at 5'9". He wears his black hair at a more medium length - not terribly long but not nearly as short as most riders usually prefer. Personality: Relton was a somewhat shy hold bred boy before he was searched and he knows that this has influenced his viewpoints on affection and the way things should be. It was hard enough to come to terms with the fact that he appreciated both men as well as women but he had the hardest time with the more open natures of the Weyr itself. While he had no trouble with the concept of people taking multiple lovers, and moving on from them especially when Dragons might be involved for him personally he couldn't comprehend not devoting himself to one person and one only. History: He used to be a rider for Igen. His family still lives in that area - A younger sister, and their parents. Information about R'ton's dragon Dragon Name: Xsillanth Colour: Blue Age: 15 Wing (Weyrling Group): CloudDancers Appearance: Like his rider he is on the more slender side for a blue. An azure blue with rich mottled zaffre patches. His wingspan is a touch longer than average, combining with his slighter stature to give an impression of a larger wings compared to his body. Personality: Xsillanth is quite a bit more easy going and light hearted than his rider. He isn't carefree but he is far more like the younger unburdened person R'ton had been than the more serious rider he has become and tends to be the lighter spirited of the pair. Weyr of Origin: Igen Abilites and weaknesses: An optimist with a playful side. Tends not to understand the concept of being too in someone's space (though that is part of what makes him a decent search dragon) All references to worlds and characters based on Anne McCaffrey's fiction are copyright© Anne McCaffrey 1967,2005, all rights reserved, and used by permission of the author.
