M'rosName Pronounced: MEH-rohs Appearance: Omeros has his fair share of good looks; tall at nearly six feet with a lean physique toned with ropy muscle from hauling in nets and tanned to a golden brown from the sun. The slight square to his jaw casts a masculine feel to a face which is otherwise constructed almost too gently for a boy. Yes, he’s put up with a lot guff for his big blue eyes, fine cheekbones, and proud, faintly high-bridged nose, but he just puts on a crooked grin and laughs it off. His outdoor exposure has also done a number to his hair and has bleached the majority of the tousled mass almost completely blonde while a few sandy-brown and darker coppery streaks remain. Personality: Omeros displays many aspects of typical teenage boyhood. For one, he tends to seem to lean toward indolence - he’s no fan of early mornings and sometimes extreme measures appear to be the only way to make him get out of bed. When it comes to any sort of academic work he’s equally unenthusiastic and, although he’s quite intelligent, will typically resort to doing only enough to get him by. However, he enjoys physical exertion, and with a competitive streak such as his he’s always looking for a new competition. History: Born in the close-knit Thonet Hold, Omeros had a blatantly typical and happy childhood. The community's livelihood centered around the ocean and Omeros gladly followed his brothers into the Seacraft when he was twelve like most of the children did. Information about M'ros's dragon Dragon Name: Hyjeketh Colour: Brown Age: Weyrling Wing (Weyrling Group): None Appearance: Oh such a handsome little brown this hatchling is as he uncurls from his shell. Wait…hold on…uhm…maybe not quite so handsome. Is that left head knob twisted? Is his eye ridge a bit too bumpy on that side as well? Even his left eye looks a little well, different than his right. Personality: What might interfere with his flying is his attitude. He’s got a really erratic attitude and from the start it will disrupt what would otherwise be a smooth weyrlinghood. He’s temperamental and everyone will know it. One moment he’s the nicest hatchling in the clutch, sweet as can be helping any out that he can. The next moment he’s disgruntled, belligerent and down right nasty. Go figure, his lifemate sure can’t do that-- figure him out that is. No one can. There are no set triggers to his behavior, nothing you can pinpoint will set him off. Luckily he has more good moments than bad ones or he’d never get through Weyrlinghood. He’ll be a chore for his lifemate, but worth every moment. Hyjeketh will be an excellent thread fighter regardless of his mood going into or coming out of Fall.
