Harr'lCharacter type: Dragonrider Appearance: Harril is a tall lanky young man, the kind of person who doesn't seem to bulk up no matter how much they eat or how much they exercise. And while some people can turn thin into grace, he tends towards looking spindly. His thick wavy dark brown hair tends to look carefully disheveled, usually sitting on the right side of the line between careless and carefree. Light bluish grey eyes sit beneath thick craggy eyebrows which can give him a bit of a stern appearance at times, especially in combination with his lean face. Long thin hands give way to long steady fingers and he is well suited to delicate work, a definite asset in his chosen craft. When not in uniform he prefers to wear loose shirts, long tunics and comfortable pants which tend to accentuate his lankiness. Personality: Thoughtful and relatively quiet, Harril tends to be overly serious at times. He is seriously dedicated to his craft and oftentimes he will get lost in thought as he works out a problem or goes over one of his daily cases. Though usually a serious no nonsense person, he does warm up when in good company and can even be seen laughing it up with friends on occasion. History: The only child of a pair of healers, Harril grew up in Telgar hold where his family worked. He had always admired his parents immensely and was keen on the idea of being a healer from an early age. Let the other children dream of dragons, his dreams all revolved around redwort and stitches and various other ways to improve human health. As soon as he was old enough, his parents like to joke that he was out the door before his 12th turnday cake had even cooled, he signed on as an apprentice healer and he worked hard at it from day one. Information about Harr'l's pets Pet Name: Bell Pet Type: Gold Firelizard Appearance: Bell is a small gold with a solid stocky body and she's a tough little thing despite her small stature. Not the type to laze around in the sun all day, she tends to be a whirlwind of activity and is usually on the move. Her hide is a deep shade of burnished gold from top to tail though she is also covered in light toned brighter specks, almost as if someone had filled a saltshaker with gold dust and then given her a good sprinkling. Personality: Bell is well aware of the fact that she is a gold flit and therefore very special indeed. She has no trouble bossing anyone, especially Harr'l around and fully expects to get her own way, which usually ends with a very sulky gold if she doesn't. Her mood can be mercurial, swinging between sweet to belligerent at the drop of a hat and it usually revolves around how much attention she is getting. She is fiercely possessive of Harr'l and likes to cling to him whenever possible though she does tend to show him her sweet side more often than not. Information about Harr'l's dragon Dragon Name: Halninth Colour: brown Age: 6 Wing (Weyrling Group): CloudDancers Appearance: Once Halninth started getting his colour back, he turned out to be a deep, solid charcoal brown, a startling contrast from the stark white hide he sported for the first few months of his life. His hide has a faint sprinkling of a slightly lighter shade of the same brown which gives him a dusty appearance. Personality: Dragons don't lie, of course, but most can at least bend the truth a little. Halninth can't, he won't, and if his lifemate loves him he will never ask him to. Hiding things, keeping secrets, will only make this little dragons miserable and confused about what he's meant to do for the right. Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: Halninth is your typical brown when it comes to the physical side of threadfighting. He is strong, smart and can last an entire fall.
