DiagirName Pronounced: dee-AH-geer Appearance: Upon first seeing Diagir, one would immediately assume that he is a smith. However, his wher, flit, and canine beg to differ. He is big, standing at a whopping 6’4” and weighing 310 pounds. There is not an ounce of fat on him- he is all muscle. Diagir has several scars on him testifying his rank as Senior Journeyman, including a huge, thick one left by a wher. He enjoys wearing blue, as it is his favorite color. He has a blue diamond pendant around his neck that his father endowed him with on his 21st Nameday. He has never removed this, even while training beasts. There is a jagged scar on his arm from where a wher all but sliced it off. Diagir’s hair is shot with silvery grey, even at 37. He has stunning hazel eyes that had the girls swooning back at Crom. He looks sinister, but is quick to laugh and loves a good time. Personality: Diagir has a fairly decent sense of time. He is a generally happy man, but has to be tough and firm when training new beasts. He is not cruel with either animal or human, but treats all fairly. However, he tends to have a vicious temper when he is shown continued disobedience. Diagir likes to have fun and is a riot at Gathers. When he’s not working his Beastcraft stall, selling whers, flits, canines, runners, and felines, he’s out drinking, dancing and eating with the best of them. He enjoys the company of humans and is fascinated by dragons’ physiology. One of his dreams is to do a purely Beastcraft-related thorough study on all five colors. He's only recently received the rare opportunity to study a gold when he himself was gifted one. History: (Unsure of actual age at this point! Likely in his 40's at least.) Information about Diagir's pets Pet Name: Diagirsk Pet Type: Brown Wher Appearance: Diagirsk is a very dark brown. If there were such a thing as a black draconic creature, then Diagirsk would be a prime candidate. Close inspection with plenty of light, however, shows that he is, indeed, a brown. Like his master, Diagirsk is huge and muscular, even as brown wher’s go. He is about as big as some small bronze whers. His wings are a tad bit bigger than they should be, but that never gets in his way. Diagirsk has several old scars along his hide from skirmishes back at Crom as well as from helping his master train new whers. He also still wears his iron collar from Crom and must be on his chain when out in public. Personality: Diagirsk is very stoic due to his training. Being a Northern wher, he does have a vicious streak. However, he is well tamed by Diagir's own hand. He is patient and curious, but, threaten his master, and he becomes extremely fierce. Thanks to his training, he will growl intimidatingly while baring his fangs first. If Diagir does not call him to order and the threat continues, he will immediately step in front of his master, wings raised and body poised to attack. Should the attacker not respect Diagirsk’s warning, then he will attack. Another oddity about him is that, where other whers refer to their humans as their pets, Diagirsk thinks of Digir as his master. In his mind, since Diagir trained him into obedience, he is his master and Diagirsk is obliged to obey him. Second Pet Name: Ziya Pet Type: Gold Wher Appearance: Age: 7 ((ooc birth date Christmas 2012)) Personality: Like many queens Ziya is extremely sure of herself, to the point where she'll argue with poor Diagir, stubbornly digging her feet in when she feels that she should be getting her own way, which is often. She's clever, almost too clever for her own good sometimes which can make her prone to sneaky disobedience. She enjoys her status amongst the lesser whers, and other admirers be they human, dragon or flit. Other queens will be taken on a case by case basis- she's happy to be friends but will definitely not accept any suggestion that she's not the top queen at Arolos. Diagir will have his hands full keeping her under control, especially at the beginning of their relationship before she's had her first run.
