BrioneCharacter type: Dragonrider Appearance: Standing at 5'9, Brione is a tall thin girl with long slender but strong limbs which branch out into long slender hands and fingers and long narrow feet. Her body has little in the way of curves and her figure is quite boyish. Her skin is rather fair and she is capable of sustaining a light tan though she will burn if she goes uncovered on really hot bright days and her cheeks are often ruddy from either the sun or the wind. Her right arm has a large unpleasant scar from a barn fire when she was 13. Personality: Brione is as stubborn as a headstrong runner, which can be a good thing because once she sets her mind on a task she will insist on pursuing it to completion no matter the difficulty. It can also be a bad thing because she will doggedly hang onto her opinions and she has a bad habit of cheerfully arguing well past the point where she should have backed down. History: Brione grew up as a fosterling in a family of beastcrafters who lived and practiced their craft in a small holding near High Reaches Weyr. Her foster family included a quiet but kind father, a maternal hen of a mother and six older brothers who alternated between teasing her and coddling her. She has few memories of her real parents aside from vague memories, but she doesn't care because she had all of the care and love she could ever want from her foster family. Information about Brione's pets Pet Name: Dart Pet Type: Brown Firelizard Appearance: Dart is a mid-sized brown with a chubby belly and a long whip of a tail. He is a light sandy brown in colouration with darker rings of brown down his tail. His talons tend to grow fast and Brione has taken to filing them on occasion in order to save her tunics. Personality: Dart is protective of his girl and clever when it comes to learning tricks as he likes to please her. He can be a bit of a glutton and will never pass up an opportunity to beg, feed him and you have a friend for life. He is affectionate and would rather spend his time draped over Brione's shoulder than sunning on a rock by himself. Second Pet Name: Captain Pet Type: Bronze Firelizard Appearance: Pure Callamere, Captain is a monster of a bronze. He's a hulking, heavily muscled brute but generally well proportioned. He is a fierce looking critter too, with long spiky ridges, jagged teeth and long, slightly curled headknobs. His hide is a mid bronze that lightens down his belly, and his tail has a dark bronze tip. Personality: Despite his rather fierce appearance, Captain has a sweet nature for the most part. He's a sucker for attention and will solicit attention from anyone who looks likely to give it. He's very fond of Brione, shadowing her everywhere unless she asks Valkath to keep him back, and his favourite place will be wrapped lovingly around her shoulders or curled up on her lap. Especially if theres an oiling or petting involved. Information about Brione's dragon Dragon Name: Valkath Colour: Gold Age: 4 Wing (Weyrling Group): Gold Spark Appearance: Personality: Valkath will be a slightly burnished gold dragon. She won't be excessively tall, but she will be longer than average without being on the extremely large end for a gold. Valkath will be quite a lithe and elegantly built gold, very feminine and dainty without appearing fragile. Her wings will be a touch too long and tail a touch long as well and they will forever get her in the way when she walks on the ground. She'll be a wonderful flyer or wader, but less than graceful at walking. Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: Like most golds, Valkath is a powerful flier and she has a keen interest in fighting thread. She can be very headstrong when thread is falling and will sometimes argue with Brione over maneuvers and placement in her wing and will try to push to get her own way.
